Already a week after I worked in my new office my energy is still very high. To chaneling my excessive energy I do workout almost at my time. After office hour at home I start to do a push up, sit up and some jumping. I do this daily after I got home. Even though after all that workout I still have some energy left. This situation make me uncomfortable sleep during the night. every night I got sweating at my body because the heat after workout is still linger. It is not gone away even after I take bath.
This Saturday and Sunday I just stay at home. After get up in the morning I stated to work out by sit up on my bed. After that I do the routine, push up and lift up some weight to tone my muscle. I have loss my weight a bit during this week. And I am planning to reduce for the rest of this month. Because at the end of this month is our festivity for Islamic holiday, or Islamic new year.
I am planning to return to my mother's home in Bandung. We gather all the family and the relative there. Because my mother oldest sister also stay in Bandung. At that family reunion I will just show up my tone muscle. Because nothing else to be proud of except my body. So be it than nothing.
I am using this excessive energy to support my goal to tone up my muscle. Without my excessive energy it will be difficult to start the workout, cause it lazy to do this kind of thing. especially you do it at home. Usually I do it at the gym. But since I have to reserve some money for the long holiday. I have to slowing down my expense.
Its already ten o'clock while I am doing this blogging my eyes already a bit sore. However my body is still fresh and my body a bit sweating and I can feel the heat beneath my skin.
I have to finish this here because tomorrow I have to get up early and start a new day in the office.
